Muscadine JELLY

Remember those muscadines from my earlier post?
Well, we spent the afternoon making jelly!
Picked a good gallon...
 
 
Then cut, and mashed, and removed the seeds...



Then strained all the juices out, discarding the hulls...



Then cooked the juices, with sugar and pectin added...



And VOILA!!  Muscadine jelly!!  Oh soooo good!!
